Account Deletion — Trouvé: Local Discovery & Rewards App

Delete your account in the app (recommended)

If you have the Trouvé: Local Discovery & Rewards App app installed, you can delete your account directly:

1. Open the app and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap the menu (☰) in the top-right corner and choose Delete Account.
3. Confirm when prompted (for example, by typing DELETE). Account deletion is permanent.

After you submit a deletion request in the app, you have up to 10 days to cancel it by emailing support@cedarlume.com. After that period, deletion cannot be reversed.

Request account deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email Cedarlume, LLC support to request deletion of your Trouvé: Local Discovery & Rewards App account. Include:

• The email address or username tied to your account
• A clear statement that you want to permanently delete your account
• Your preferred email for confirmation

What we delete and what we keep

When your Trouvé: Local Discovery & Rewards App account is deleted, we permanently remove personal data associated with your account, including:

• Account information (name, email address, phone number)
• Profile information and preferences
• Usage data and in-app interactions
• Location data collected through the app
• Chat messages and other user-generated content

We may retain only anonymous, aggregated data that cannot identify you, plus information we are required to keep by law (for example, for fraud prevention or legal compliance). Any retained data is kept only as long as required by applicable law.

We complete account and associated personal data deletion within 30 days of a verified request (or after the in-app cancellation window, if you deleted through the app).
